Yes, EVERYTHING on our menu is 100% Gluten free and made in a dedicated gluten free kitchen. We are also dye and soy free and have a variety of dairy-free and vegan options. We seek to use seasonal, local, non-gmo and organic products as much as possible.
We also have a commitment to providing you with a variety of allergen safe foods and listening to your gluten free hearts' desires about what foods you miss most and working to recreate them. We are reopened in our new location and plan to expand our capacity as quickly as possible! However, with the setbacks at our first location it may take a little time for us to build back the team and equipment we need to do so! You all have been so supportive and we so appreciate your patience and patronage while we work to bring you as much as we can right now and more of what you need and want in the future!
